Frequently Asked Questions
What is VNET?
It is a telemedicine application where doctors and health professionals are available for video consultations. Users can receive our services from their cell phones, tablets, or computers without leaving their homes.
How does VNET work?
The VNET PR App is downloaded from the cell phone, and the user creates a free account. The user selects the doctor or health provider to be consulted at that moment or can make an appointment at any time he/she wishes. The symptoms are consulted by video, face-to-face, from the same electronic device. Once the consultation is completed, the electronic prescription is sent to the pharmacy selected by the user, and, if necessary, laboratory orders, referrals, and medical excuses can be sent directly to the user’s account in the App.
